Meet the Director - Instructor
As a marketing representative for a major corporation, Jill Evans Kryston learned early the importance of a professional image and the benefit of having good manners. Later, in her job as an administrative assistant, Ms. Kryston discovered the need for effective communication skills as she dealt with customer relations and conducted training seminars.
During the course of raising three children Ms. Kryston held offices in several Parent Teacher Organizations. Most recently she was a “Friends” of the Library president and served on a Library Board of Directors. In each instance Ms. Kryston learned the necessary dynamics required to possess successful leadership skills.
While working in a high school guidance office Ms. Kryston noticed there was a general lack of common courtesies and respect among the students. Having always been a believer in polite behavior and good manners, she saw a need and decided to embark upon a career to teach etiquette and protocol. She began with a vision to reclaim civility in our society.
